Outside of work, you'll usually find us on a trail, by a river, around a campfire, or sharing a strong cocktail after a long day. We're bound by a love for Montana, a respect for good work, and an appreciation for the quirky, quick witted people who keep life interesting and keep us laughing.
Matt Harden
Builder and Founder
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Montana and 23 years of industry experience coming up through the ranks in custom tile design and installation, Matt is perfectly positioned for home design and build. His hands-on experience and artist’s eye combine to create homes that are both beautiful and functional. Since his first build in 2015, every project has been completed with the same commitment: meticulous craftsmanship, honest communication, and uncompromising quality.
Myles Harden
Foreman
Myles is the team foreman who keeps the details dialed in and the job site running smoothly. With a sharp eye for quality, a passion for finding innovative ideas, and plenty of energy to keep things moving, he brings the perfect mix of craftsmanship and curiosity to the team. When he’s not building, you’ll find him camping, fishing, and exploring the Montana mountains.

Meet our most enthusiastic (and least productive) team member. This sweet Rottweiler is always ready to greet clients, collect belly rubs, and supervise from the comfort of his favorite nap spot. He brings plenty of personality, zero deadlines met, and a strong commitment to snacks and snuggles.
